Creating Navigators for Life
Tiller's School's AIG/Compass Enrichment Program is a new program that uses hands-on activities to expand student's knowledge of reading, social studies, science, math, art, and music. Students will also get a chance to explore computer coding.

Who can Join
Tiller School’s AIG/Compass Enrichment Program is available for students who demonstrate high levels of ability and meet at least one of the criteria listed below. Students who are selected for the after-school enrichment program will participate in enrichment and project-based initiatives one hour per week. This mode will allow students to interact with like peers and engage in higher-level thinking.
Tiller School has three criteria for identification: aptitude, achievement, and observable behaviors. Students must meet the criteria in one of the Pathways listed below.
Students are at least four levels above their grade level following the levels of the program. This is measured by benchmark data.
Students are above grade level according to the Spring Math benchmark.
Students scored at least an 85 percentile on the Reading EOG or Math EOG, this will include the BOG in third grade.
An aptitude screening assessment (CogAT) will be administered to all students in 2nd through 5th grade. Students must score at least an 85 percentile to be considered for the after-school enrichment program.
