Preparing for Gratitude Day
The Tiller teachers are implementing ideas from the Artful Teaching book study and being deliberate in preparing to teach the arts. To prepare for Gratitude Day Mr. Alan taught the teachers techniques for oil pastel drawings. The teachers will then be able to use arts vocabulary and model the techniques for their students!
Arts Integration Book Study
Tiller teachers meet each week to progress through a book study of Artful Teaching. This book study is a professional learning experience that will guide teachers to incorporating more arts based teaching and explores the powerful connection between learning and the arts!
